2. Privacy and Confidentiality
Do not upload content unless you are comfortable authorizing AI-based processing. HARK AI does not accept responsibility for privacy, confidentiality, or disclosure risks related to uploaded content.
3. Copyright and Ownership
You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and approvals to upload and process the content. HARK AI does not take responsibility for copyright violations or ownership disputes.
4. AI Processing Disclaimer
Outputs such as transcripts, translations, summaries, glossary notes, and visual text extraction may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all results before using them in production, legal, financial, editorial, or public contexts.
5. Prohibited Uploads
You must not upload content that violates law, contractual obligations, privacy rights, platform terms, or third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Service Changes
These terms may be updated over time. You should review this page periodically if you continue using the service.
